The Voice of Customer survey is conducted by Service Management Group (SMG) on behalf and under the instructions of the Shell Group for the purposes of market research and analysis of customer satisfaction. Your survey responses will be used in accordance with the Shell Privacy Statement which supplements the existing Shell Privacy Notice. SMG uses your responses for further market research analysis purposes, as described in its own Privacy Policy, including service improvement, benchmarking across brands and to ensure the functionality and security of this survey through necessary cookies.
Upon completion of this survey you will be credited with 50 points on your loyalty card within 30 business days. The maximum number of Shell GO+ points which can be awarded due to your participation in the survey is 100 per month. Thank you for your participation.
